This is caused by failed illumos-gate rebuild last night.  Sorry for
that.

To get the system back to consistent state please run these commands:

pkg set-mediator -v --no-backup-be -V 5.22 system-perl
svcadm clear svc:/system/intrd:default


I'm working to fix this ASAP.
