Maybe https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/unix/solaris-display-archive/
will help you.
Looking at what we have now as alternative NVIDIA drivers, both -460 and
-470 should support your graphics card.
You may want to experiment with the alternatives. There is some
documentation on how to switch to a different NVIDIA driver on OI.
