Those are not full packages, just their manifests.

Likely, but I'm not sure.

Then there is a question:  What is difference between
/var/pkg/cache/publisher/openindiana.org/pkg/ and
/var/pkg/publisher/openindiana.org/pkg/ and what exactly is their
purpose.
