After updating thunderbird to the latest version 115.3.1 I have experienced instant crashes using either nvidia(-535) or nvidia-470 drivers. Going back to -390 makes thunderbird usable again. Thus, the problem seems to be located at the newer NVIDIA drivers. Andreas
