[OpenIndiana-discuss] printer manager core dumps

hi there,

the printer manager always core dumps. it did so with the 2023.4 version and still does so on a system 
that was fully upgraded today.

maybe related is that cups doesn't recognize usb printers. the printer (oki 4350 usb) correctly shows up 
in the device list but cups' lpinfo -v doesn't show usb as path at all. cups' usb driver file however 
does exist.
maybe i'm missing something like having to activate cups usb support or so. anyway printer and box are 
fine; both have been working under rhel 8.

as usual, any help is welcome ...
