Currently, firefox hardware acceleration fails due to vaapitest
failing:

Crash Annotation GraphicsCriticalError: |[0][GFX1-]: vaapitest: ERROR
(t=1.47344) [GFX1-]: vaapitest: ERROR
Crash Annotation GraphicsCriticalError: |[0][GFX1-]: vaapitest: ERROR
(t=1.47344) |[1][GFX1-]: vaapitest: VA-API test failed: failed to open
renderDeviceFD.
(t=1.47353) [GFX1-]: vaapitest: VA-API test failed: failed to open
renderDeviceFD.

due to ffmpeg compiled with --disable-vaapi on both OI and pkgsrc.
ffmpeg should have --enable-vaapi set. It is still possible to
force switch to HW by setting gfx.webrender.all to true, forcing
egl-x11, video hwdecoding and webgl/msaa and other switches, but that's
tedious. about:support in firefox shows "Webrender (Software)" under
"Compositing" if not on hardware.
