[OpenIndiana-discuss] mirrors

hi guys,

it seems the mirror list (https://docs.openindiana.org/handbook/openindiana-download-mirrors/) 
could do with an update. only dlc.openindiana.org is up to date. all others apparently stopped 
syncing in may 2021 and mirrors.dotsrc.org doesn't even have indiana anymore.
