Hi Apostolus

Looks like you have incorporations on the system that are from 
publishers no longer installed.

Try removing sfw-incorporation.

To get a more detailed error report, grab the lastest userland 
incorporation manually with

pfexec pkg install userland-incorporation at 0.5.11-2024.0.0.26307

Then we know which packages block the others.
