Yes, reported on IRC.

One problem appears to be that the two files

/usr/lib/gdk-pixbuf-2.0/2.10.0/loaders.cache
/usr/lib/amd64/gdk-pixbuf-2.0/2.10.0/loaders.cache

are empty.

There are a number of recent commits in this area, but it looks like
something isn't triggering the recreation of those cache files correctly.
