Hi!

I would like to relativate this a littel bit. I use a dell 7720, where i 
can disable the intel graphics entirely,
and on an old dell latitude 6510 with Nvidia NVS its the same.

The more modern "Optimus" variants out there will NOT work with OI.

Normally, i would expect that "VESA" should _always_ work.
So at least something like "when theres no nvidia card inside, use VESA ..."
