Sorry, brain fart. Too much BS with groups.io lately. However, I think the association should exist as a dues paying mailing list which is open to public to read and dues paying members to post.

I should like to suggest that the association form a public presence as a groups.io list which is publicly readable, but only allows posts by dues paying members. At 25 people there shouldn't be any cost and it makes everything we do transparent to all.
