The NFSv4.1 server was committed to gate on Feb 7th 2024, so I expect any
OpenIndiana
version after that date will contain it (which includes the 2024.04 and
2024.10 releases).

Note that v4.1 is disabled by default, so you have to explicitly set
server_versmax to 4.1 to enable
it (see the nfs.5 man page).
