Hi,

It's short for Downloadable Content a term more commonly used in gaming 
than Computing these days but even OI has a bit of an age these days :)

It's actually not the main openindiana.org site and you have to navigate 
a bit up the directory tree.

We could hide it more but it has never proven sufficient for somebody 
not to find it.

Maybe SEO is broken again? I am not that sure what people use to 
navigate the page. If you have a link from openindiana.org to the old 
OSOL docs without dir traversal I am happy for PR's to 
https://github.com/openindiana/website
