I found this one on eBay to swap out with a Dell PERC RAID controller
in a misconfigured PowerEdge server:

5   in use    PCI Exp. Gen 3 x16 PCI5, Broadcom / LSI SAS3008 PCI-Express Fusion-MPT SAS-3 (mpt_sas)

Most of my effort was updating the firmware and cabling...spelunking
the spare parts closets for the correct cable and a FreeDOS USB drive
to update the firmware.
