When I get into this, I delete /var/pkg/publisher/openindiana.org/file
and replace it with a symlink to another file system (actually to
an ntfs file system shared with Windows).
The directory /var/pkg/publisher/openindiana.org/file acts as a
cache and it is repopulated during the upgrade.
