While this is true, fixed releases will provide a natural way of 
creating and associating repositories and thus it will be more likely to 
avoid the necessity of cleanups.
Anyway OI is done by volunteers and donating money to run the 
infrastructure is only one part of a solution. In the end we need to 
find one or more volunteers that will do the work.
