[OpenIndiana-discuss] USB 3 port with USB 3 memory stick copying 4.1MB/s

Hi

I plugged a Sandisk USB3.0 memory stick into one of my USB 3.0 
interfaces and started to copy some files but am only getting 4.1MB/s.
When I copy the same files over the network I am getting over 100MB/s so 
I do not think this is a disk i/o issue.
Checking the performance of the USB 3.0 memory stick indicates that I 
should be getting 10-15MB/s
Any suggestions.
