[Userland-team] [OpenIndiana Distribution - Feature #1253] oi-build needs LLVM/Clang

Issue #1253 has been updated by Alex Viskovatoff.


To be able to use clang++, libc++ needs to be built, but the spec at SFE does not do that. (clang++ does not appear to work with the C++ headers that come with gcc.)
