[oi-dev] Please update tuntap in SFE

I just put up my tun/tap stuff (it pulls a specific git rev).
I have similar stuff for openvpn and OpenSC,
which are the second and third thing one needs
when setting up a VPN link with OI.
I'll try to get those ready too...
