[oi-dev] DIFF adding to MATE Compiz Special Effects to "Appearance Preferences > Visual Effects" tab used in the old Gnome2

Hi Alexander,

thanks for testing on a new enough host.

My diff was the result of an alotted time slot of all in all 60 minutes on a Sunday evening.
It fixes a bug in OI's Mate port but no-where did I claim that it is 100% complete.

For some reason you missed the most important part of my message:
