[oi-dev] oi-docs contirbution on $HOME/.imf and input method

For reference, I've now been merged this and the page can be found
here: https://docs.openindiana.org/handbook/community/inputmethod/

I've not looked into handling of keyboard input in OI, but this does
seem like an effective method to manage this. There will be other ways
to do this. One day this content could be moved to somewhere covering
all of the main approaches (as a comprehensive manual would do). But
for now this contribution is certainly appreciated on its own.
