[OpenIndiana-discuss] Updating OI not working on low bandwith because of IPS per package timeout

And if I set both
export PKG_CLIENT_TIMEOUT=240
and
export PKG_CLIENT_LOWSPEED_TIMEOUT=240

Then it seems it is downloading fine for now at around 20KB/s i have now.
(It got past qemu). :) Thanks.
