Hi,

I have been able to perform updates using which I find does work.

# pkg refresh --full
# pkg update --be-name openindiana-hipster-NN

However, when attempt to perform an image update

# pkg image-update -v --be-name openindiana-hipster-NN
Creating Plan (Running solver): /
pkg update: No solution was found to satisfy constraints
No solution found to update to latest available versions.
This may indicate an overly constrained set of packages are installed.

latest incorporations:

The following indicates why the system cannot update to the latest version:

     Reason:  No version matching 'incorporate' dependency 
library/perl-5/http-negotiate-516 at 6.1-2016.1.0.0 can be installed

     Reason:  No version for 'incorporate' dependency on 
developer/library/lint at 0.5.11-2016.0.1.15898 can be found

If I attempt to remove lint

# pkg uninstall developer/library/lint
Creating Plan (Solver setup): -
pkg uninstall: Unable to remove 
'developer/library/lint at 0.5.11-2016.0.0.15717' due to the following 
packages that depend on it:
   developer/gcc-3 at 3.4.3-2016.0.0.1
   developer/gcc-48 at 4.8.5-2016.0.0.1

And if I attempt to remove http-negotiate-516

# pkg uninstall library/perl-5/http-negotiate-516
Creating Plan (Solver setup): -
pkg uninstall: Unable to remove 
'library/perl-5/http-negotiate-516 at 6.1-2016.1.1.0' due to the following 
packages that depend on it:
   library/perl-5/libwww-perl-516 at 6.5-2016.1.1.0

Any suggestions on how to resolve the issues with the 
userland-incorporation, osnet-incorporation and install-incorporation
