Latest gcc-49 is developer/gcc-49 at 4.9.4,5.11-2016.0.1.0:20161027T162708Z 
.
We have gcc-5, developer/gcc-5 at 5.4.0,5.11-2016.0.1.1:20161027T164829Z ,
but it's a separate package.
