[OpenIndiana-discuss] Update failure

I tried to update a new Hipster installation today soon after completing 
the install (just some miscellany like resetting passwords, etc. 
intervening).  It did not succeed.  Instead, I was presented with the 
following (which I would like some help interpreting):
