Hi,

There's both loaders' ways you can go about it: in Grub you add an entry for windows partition and (iirc) chainload +1 as the boot command. Or you save to NTFS a copy of the first sector (512b with grub) from the loader installed into just the solaris partition, and have windows loader present a menu to boot either windows or hipster (iirc via bcdedit?).

I'm on the road so don't have details with me, but my two laptops use one of each setup - so both certainly work. I hope google can yield a quick answer on details of either solution.
