Hi.
There are several possibilities here:
1) something is inconsistent with our repository (unlikely, as build
server has latest userland-incorporation installed);
2) we miss some renames/removals;
3) some packages on your OS depend on removed packages.
To check it try to run:
pkg install -vv
pkg://openindiana.org/consolidation/userland/userland-incorporation@0.5.11-2017.0.0.8521
pkg://openindiana.org/consolidation/osnet/osnet-incorporation@0.5.11-2017.0.0.16270
