[OpenIndiana-discuss] usb key installer

I will doublecheck this, but I discovered that burning the usb key through an illumos phyisical machine with this command:
 
/usr/bin/dd if=./XStream-Storage-Chandra-Install-February-2022.usb of=/dev/rdsk/c14t0d0p0 bs=4194304
 
it works great.
I just don't understand why it never works by making it from windows machines.
