[OpenIndiana-discuss] Cannot delete an ADDROBJ in ipadm?

The create command actually fails with a different error:

root at park:~# ipadm enable-addr rge0/addr
ipadm: persistent operation not supported for enable-addr

so I tried altering the .conf file which contained:

_ifname=rge0;_families=26;_ifclass=0;
_ifname=rge0;_aobjname=rge0/addr;_dhcp=-1,no;
_ifname=rge0;_aobjname=rge0/addr;reqhost=;


I deleted the lines related to the broken rge0/addr object and rebooted and the broken entry in ipadm was gone. Thanks for the help.
