While updating currently, I see:
...
Editable files to change:
   Update:
     etc/acct/holidays
     etc/cups/cups-files.conf
     etc/gnu/a2ps-site.cfg
     etc/motd
     kernel/drv/dca.conf
     kernel/drv/rpcib.conf
...
So either something changed in cups-files.conf or has to be changed
there.
