[OpenIndiana-discuss] update ConsoleKit

I would do a small rework of ConsoleKit. 

- update to 0.4.6
- build in 64bit

- change the path for tools (ck-collect-session-info, ck-get-x11-server-pid, ck-get-x11-display-device):

 -CONFIGURE_OPTIONS+= --libexecdir=/usr/lib
+CONFIGURE_OPTIONS+= --libexecdir=/usr/libexec/$(MACH$(BITS))


Does anyone knows which components really use this tools and would be affected by this change (beside SunRay)?
