I found myself by one more faulty disk and to gain time over more than 200gb transfer preparation..
I reverted to fuse-ext2 as OpenBSD is ext2 compatible and it goes beyond the 4.2gb per file limit.
I will anyways give you a feeback in case I see any problem around the new transfer.
