[OpenIndiana-discuss] VirtualBox AMD-V

I have a Windows 7 image and when I am starting VirtualBox andI get the following messae:
VirtualBox can't enable the AMD-V extension. Please close all other virtualization programs. (VERR_SVM_IN_USE)}, preserve=false aResultDetail=-4054

My machine has a AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core Processor and I have enabled AMD-V from the BIOS. I have also tried to use another OS (ReactOS) but I got the same message. I am using VirtualBox 
Version 7.1.10 r169112. Any ideas what might be wrong?
