Hello...
As I mentioned on IRC, I decided to shift the project's focus
to a User Group; we are removing the OpenIndiana logo and explicitly
stating that OpenIndiana, the OiBird logo, and associated marks are
registered trademarks and the exclusive property of the illumos
Foundation and the OpenIndiana project maintainers. This website is an
independent, unofficial community portal maintained solely for
educational purposes and the dissemination of technical knowledge in
Brazilian Portuguese. We have no formal ties, direct affiliation, or
commercial endorsement from the illumos Foundation or the official
OpenIndiana project—much like the setup we used for the Southern
Brazil FreeBSD User Group, which is actually recognized by
FreeBSD.org.
Internally, the translation was carried out in full compliance
with the PDL license. Does this work for you? If appropriate, I can
also help with the main website, as I consider OpenIndiana a great
project!

Hi Mauro
Please don’t make your own page and instead contribute
to https://github.com/openindiana/website Trademarks and
Copyrights are with us and this only complicates things.
Let’s make something great together.

Hello!
I created a website in Portuguese at

OpenIndiana is still largely unknown across Brazil, even though many
medium and large organizations here relied heavily on SunOS back in
the 90s and 2000s for various mission-critical scenarios. My goal is
to share knowledge and help revive interest in OpenIndiana within the
Brazilian community.
Thanks
