If I get it correctly boot environment is the boot archive plus /usr
and /mnt mounted off media. Just checked out my XML manifest and
it looks like it is enough to add/delete <base_include> items in
<boot_archive_contents> node.
BTW must admit that doing zfs snapshot between consecutive steps of
distro_const saves a lot pain and makes the process flexible to
customize and tweak.
