[OpenIndiana-discuss] pkg.openindiana.org cert

[Tim Mooney]

pkg is reporting that pkg.openindiana.org's cert is expired.

I'm not 100% certain if this is the cert itself or the Let's Encrypt root
CA issue, but I tried with openssl 1.1 and s_client is still saying
expired, so I think it's an expired cert.
